Photo Scanning Packages
Our inclusive scanning packages include the photo scanning at the resolution of your choice, 1x CD or DVD as applicable and return tracked courier (including rural delivery).

If you require additional copies of the CD or DVD, these will be charged for at the ‘Pay Per Scan’ rates below of $5.00 per CD and $10.00 per DVD.

Pay Per Scan Option
This option is ideal for small quantities of photos. A minimum order value of $50 applies for this option.

Pick Up/Drop Off and Onsite Scanning Services
The following services are available within the Christchurch metropolitan area only and are additional to scanning charges outlined above.

Ordering
Ordering is simple. You can place an order by going to the Order Now page and downloading and printing the order form. Then send us your photos along with your completed order form. Please see the Photo Preparation Tips page for some useful information on how to prepare your photos for scanning.

Payment Method
We accept payment by cash (local pickup only) or direct credit to our bank account. We will advise you of our bank account details with your order receipt confirmation.

Payment Terms
We require payment in full prior to delivery of your order. You are covered by our satisfaction guarantee (see below).

Return Courier
We will return your valuable originals and the scanned digital media by tracked courier or parcelpost. If you select the 'Pay per Scan' option, the cost of the return courier will be added to the total cost of your scanning order. For Scanning Packages, return courier delivery is included in the Package price.

Minimum Order Value
For our 'Pay per Scan' option, we have a minimum order value of $50.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We're proud of what we do and we believe that you'll be happy with the results we produce. Specific results will vary based on the quality of the original materials but we're confident that we produce consistently high standards and stand by our work. If, however, you're not happy with the outcome, we'll work with you to resolve the problem.
